What is a Building Maintenance Unit?
BMU or Building Maintenance Unit are essentially a mechanical access system that enables technicians to access facades of buildings conveniently. They can be both mechanical and automatic controlled units. BMU gets mounted at the roof level permanently and provides vertical, horizontal, and lateral movements of the working platform. They can withstand 250kg and traverse the entire perimeter of a roof handily. BMUs are installed for facade maintenance, repairs, and cleaning purposes.

Types of Building Maintenance Unit

Cradles : These are mounted permanently on the roof. This BMU is the most comprehensive and safest access system providing total safety and access to the technicians.

Monorails : Monorails are best suitable for medium-rise buildings. They consist of two parts: a trolley and rails. The system gets fixed to the ceiling or parapet of a building.

Devit JIB (Floor & Parapet) : Devit JIB allows lowering, raising, and supporting BMU modular suspended platforms and cradles. This system enables technicians to do hassle-free work.

Travelling Devit JIB : Travelling Devit JIB enhances the utilization of small spaces. They are made of special aluminium alloy and are light in weight.

BMU : BMU is an access system that has a trolley design. It can support a power cradle and two people allowing maximum traversing movements.

Spider Hooks : We provide spider hooks that allow technicians to work better. Spider hooks have metal ended hooks and are available in various colours. They are highly durable.

Restrain Pins : We understand the importance of load and security restraints, and that’s why we offer high-quality and heavy-duty restraint pins.

Suspended Platforms : Suspended platforms are for two people or one. It can move on the facade, letting technicians reach far-fetched places easily.
